How can I help a business get more Google reviews, and how do I make a QR code review sign?
Most businesses never ask for reviews, and more reviews can be the difference between ranking first on Google Maps and being buried in the list. The simple fix is to ask every customer.
Ways to ask: an automation that texts or emails the customer asking how their service was and asking for a review (the AI can run this conversation), a QR code sign, NFC cards, receipts, or a form that asks for the customer's email before they see something like a menu, so you can send a review request later.
To make a QR code review sign:
- Go to Click Tracking, where the QR code system is built in.
- Create a link and put the destination URL, such as the business's Google review link, in the URL field. You get a QR code.
- Optionally add the business's logo or icon in the middle, and choose the color or black and white style.
- Print it, laminate it and put it up at the business with a "leave us a review" message.
